The Bravery

At 9am, we were looking for a cafe around the Lavender and Jalan Besar area. Not many cafes are open that early but we managed to find one that opens at 8am after some mobile web surfing. 

When we finally found the place, we weren't sure if this was the unit. As there was no sign board or names around to suggest that it's THE BRAVERY. Anyway, we hesitated for a while and decided that this should be it, we tried looking for the door to enter. Well the decor is so industrial and it didn't look like a door or entrance per se. After a little bit of fidgeting, we found our way in.

The interior decor of the cafe is sparsely decorated. But it does give a homely feel and makes one feel comfortable hanging in there.

There was a huge table in the middle of the cafe with a horse sitting on it. I guess the horse is there because the lunar new year of the horse is coming? Quite a refreshing change to the usual LNY horses we will see as they usually come in either red or gold colours.

The simple long menu.

This lavender latter got my eyes blinking! I love lavender but I dislike coffee! Such a bummer. Thought I could have a go at this drink. Haha! In the end, hubby ordered this and he said its nice! Kinda unusual for him to love flowery taste coffee drink.

We both shared this sunny side up toast. Its simple but very yummy. 

Prices wise are pretty reasonable.

The eggs toast, lavender latter and a pot of tea came up to about $17.
