One Raffles Place had recently been renovated. It used to be known as the OUB Centre. So we went there for a walk. The retail shops there are quiet on a weekend and some shops are still not opened yet. H&M and Uniqlo has opened. Nice shopping here on a weekend because you don't need to jostle with the crowd for fitting room. There was hardly anyone in the store.
There weren't many dining choices either. We decided to dine at Kotobuki. They were having a happy hour 20% off for its opening too.

Free packets of tissue were given to passerbys to promote the restaurant.
It was relatively empty when we came.
Some item prices were reasonable but some I personally feel its slightly expensive.
Didn't know there are other outlets in Singapore too. This is my first encounter with Kotobuki.
I ordered this ala carte set to go with rice. Rice is free flow! But then how much rice can a person eat? :P
Overall the food is not bad and restaurant is clean and quiet. Service was quite good too! Nice place to have a quiet dinner.
