XCape

Every year our company has funds for individual department's bonding session. We can do anything with the money as long as the bonding / team building objective is met.

And so this time we went Xcape! It is located at Bugis Village shophouse.

Initially when I was told we will be heading here... I was apprehensive. It looks freaky from the video. We had about 16 of us and we split into 2 teams in 2 rooms. We had to play in the dark and try to find clues found in the room to make our escape. Basically its like being a detective of some sort. The theme we had  - Chambers for ours was like FBI. While the other team's was something like Whisperer (It sounded scary).

Anyhow the game was only for 1 hr. The game costs $22 per pax during off peak and $28 during peak days. While the game is fun, I thought its kinda expensive to spend $22 each and be confined in a small room with 6 other people.

If its not a company paid event, I doubt I will go on my own. But its definitely an eye opening experience. Its not as scary as I thought.
