Legoland Malaysia Theme Park

*Warning: Another picture intensive post

Legoland Malaysia Theme Park is not foreign to us. About 2 years ago, we had already set foot there with our 2 yr old toddler on his birthday.

That time, there were many rides we couldn't go on as our boy was too short. This time round it was better and he definitely enjoyed it better.

The park just like the hotel is full of colours and full of lego bricks built character at different corners of the park! It's just a happy wonderland for kids.

We chose to go on a weekday to avoid crowd. True enough, we didn't have issues Q-ing and waiting for rides. It was easy to walk with lesser people within the park too.

This mini driving school is kinda cute. The kids get to drive on their own and at the end of it, you can purchase a driving license at RM35 with their photo on it. Kinda expensive for that license!

Many of the rides I think would interest kids age 3 to perhaps 10? Otherwise I think its kinda kiddy and may not thrill older kids / teens.

According to hub, this ride is labour intensive. Hahahaa!!

The park is friendly to babies too. There is a section within the park suitable for young toddlers to hang out.

We went up on the revolving tower to get a good view of the entire theme park. But actually, there isn't really much view to see. LOL I think the park is considered small compared to other theme parks in the States.

Here you get to build your own car and race on the track. The trick is build your car as light as possible. Oh and the wheels are not freely available like the bricks. The wheels need to be requisited at the counter with sign ins and return upon sign outs.

Nice live band but under a hot day with not many audience? Hmm.....

I think this has gotta be the most fun thing we did in the park. Water bomb! Hahaha!! One gets to press a button to water bomb people on the ride. Kinda fun and funny. We just kept pressing and then running away from the button cos the water can hit you when bombed too.

Theme parks are not theme parks without shops selling park souvenirs. The last time round we went, I found things a little expensive but this time round, it seems a lot cheaper. I guess it has got to do with the exchange rate cos SG is stronger now. So naturally since the rate is good, we bought a lot more things this time than the last. :P

This mini land is quite cute. Its landscapes in Asia built with lego bricks. Some of the items such as cars, buses and trains can move too!

Can you recognize this? That's the KL twin towers.

That's Singapore Fullerton area!!! And below is the merlion! So cool right?

Not hard to recognize the Singapore Flyer too.

This is a new add on to the mini land. Cos 2 yrs back we didn't see this there.

Overall, it may be the second time but we still had fun. Especially our boy... he is so so delighted that he did not want to take his daily noon nap at all!

Likely we will be back again but not so soon. We would love to explore the water theme park next if there is a chance!

See you again Legoland Malaysia!
