Mango & Durian Sticky Rice @ MBK Centre Food Court

When in Thailand, how can one not eat one of its delicacy - Mango & Durian Sticky Rice? I know I must eat it everytime I am in Thailand!

The sticky rice is actually a sweet and savoury glutinous rice with coconut milk coating topped with either mango or durian. Mangoes in Thailand are super super sweet and its glutinous rice are not dry and hard.

One can easily get this dessert in food centres or food courts in Bangkok. We got ours to go from the MBK Centre's food court.

We packed it back to our hotel for supper and its super super good. The mango is so so juicy and huge!!

Packing it to go costs a little more. But its worth it. This is about SGD5-6 per set. The durian sticky rice is surprisingly much cheaper than the mango sticky rice.
