French Faire @ Gardens By the Bay

Every now and then the flower dome in Gardens by the Bay will assume a different flower theme. This time, its the French Faire.

I am not exactly sure what flower is this. It looks so pretty with the multiple flower bud blooming. It would be nice if they can put more signs or clearer signs to share the names of the flowers and its origins.

French - France - Paris.... naturally you think of Eiffel Tower. How can there be no trace of an eiffel tower for a french faire? ;)

Another of my favourite flower - White Lilies! Unfortunately they were not blooming when we visited. Awww...

I'm really curious about this breed of flowers. Hmm.......

While I feel the French Faire is not too bad... somehow it lacks the lustre as compared to Tulipmania. I guess Tulipmania has more publicity and with a sponsor like KLM and the appearance of Miffy, it just helps to draw more crowd.

It feels great to be a friend of Gardens by the Bay. Now, we can just hop in for a walk as and when we want. :D
